Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders
Since 2011, GenCED has been at the forefront of empowering women and youth for sustainable development. Our Young Women Political Leadership School has become a flagship program that transforms aspiring young women into confident, capable leaders.
Program Impact
Over the past 12 years, we have trained more than 500 young women from across Ghana and West Africa. Many of our alumni have gone on to:
- Win parliamentary seats
- Lead local government councils
- Head major civil society organizations
- Become influential voices in their communities
